Thanks so much for this conversation! I was looking for resources on SOTC and this is perfect. I noticed that the audio is not of the quality that your current recordings reflect. Is there any way this can be cleaned up or would you ever consider a “do over”? Great material and explanation but lots of bad audio (echo, background noises, etc.) make me hesitant to want to link others to it. I assume that your equipment quality and expertise has grown since this was originally done.
Mark, thanks for your comments. There really isn’t anything I can do to clean up this type of issue. It was a function of equipment – both on my end and the other participants’. I’m sure we will address this subject again in the future. We’ve touched upon it throughout our programs, but this is our only episode devoted to the topic.
