Interesting discussion guys! I would suggest the following ‘primer’ on Karl Barth, it’s his The Faith of the Church: A Commentary on the Apostles’ Creed and is Barth’s commentary on the Creed following Calvin’s catechism. My copy was published by Fontana Books but it’s been reprinted by Wipf & Stock Publishers ISBN 1597528005.
