I thought the point two made (Dr. Hart, and, I think, Dr. Kloosterman) about the magistrate not restraining sin, per se, but restraining crime is a helpful distinction. Dr. Hart nailed it, in my view, by noting that we should recognize that &quot;whatever does not proceed from faith is sin&quot; is relevant to the law-making-and-upholding.</description>
