Thank you – it looks like the Hendrickson set of Lightfoot’s commentaries on the Pauline Epistles is the best way of getting this.

David, which I could be more useful here. I use an older Henrickson edition of Lightfoot and I can’t speak to how the commentary compares to his NCT.
