I think it would be helpful to add to the mix the concept of revelation as divine accommodation, God voluntarily condescending to our weakness, etc.

I seem to recall Bavinck saying at one point that all revelation is anthropomorphic. I think he had in mind something similar to the concept you are developing here.

It seems more accurate to say that all revelation is analogical. That, of course, is necessary because of the Creator/creature distinction.

Thankful that Poythress is helping us understand the significance of Van Til for hermeneutics.
