Here is a two partt article from The Calvin Thological Journal by Cornelis J Haak that roughly hits the same points. Essentially, as apologetics is the defense of the faith, elenctics is offense. The word elenctics is used in John 16:8 of the Holy Spirits work to bring conviction upon unbelievers and is also an important concept related to the Socratic method of argumentation. Unfortunately elenctics is hidden away in missiological studies and not out there like apologetics.
