You all were very gracious toward the good professor for not pushing back more in his refusal to think through his historical method on Van Tillian terms! It was a really good interview though. I could listen to Trueman talk about random stuff all day long.

    Hey Camden!

This was a great episode. While Trueman is always refined and articulate, you and my favorite group of Van Tillians continue to show greater and greater maturity and refinement too!
It is my great hope that more reformed historians grapple with Van Til (or better, with self-attesting Christ of Scripture) as the beginning of their methodology. Method matters. Because of the prominence of Hegel in the academy, ‘Historical Methodology’ matters far more than we’ve assumed.
