Return Policy

We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction on all orders. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will work resolve the problem immediate. 
If you decide for whatever reason that you would like to return an item within 30 days after your purchase, we would be happy to offer a full refund when the returned item is received in “like new,” re-sellable condition for new items or the same condition as the original listing for used books. Please contact us at orders@reformedforum.org to request a return. We will provide you with complete instructions. 
Cost of shipping (both from us to you and your return shipping to us) is not refundable.
